At Eleora Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product if they wish to request a return or refund.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • The original tags, stickers, and packaging must not be removed or damaged.
  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Pickup Charges

The following pickup charges will apply for returns:

  • QAR 10 for pickup within Doha
  • QAR 15 for pickup outside Doha

These charges will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

Delivery Charges

Any original delivery or shipping charges paid during the order will not be refunded.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if the item meets all return conditions.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same mode of payment used during the purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Washed or used clothing
  • Products without original tags/stickers
  • Damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Customized or altered products (if applicable)
